Our History

Founder

Diego Quesada Meléndez, creator of TerraCostaRica.com, is a professional with more than 25 years of experience in real estate in Costa Rica, having started his career in 1999. His name is also linked to the successful development of ChirripoBienesRaíces.com, a specialized site that has evolved through five versions, serving thousands of national and international clients.

In addition to his experience as a real estate agent, Diego is a certified web designer with a Technician in Web Technologies from Universidad Fidélitas, and has also studied Computer Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana Castro Carazo (UMCA). His background allows him to lead all the technical, strategic, and operational aspects of the platform.

Having been a member for several years of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers (CCCBR), Diego understands the real needs of the sector. His fluent command of English—both spoken and written—enables him to provide support and service to both local and international clients.
