How Saved Searches Work
- You can save catalogs and custom searches so you can easily return to the same criteria and results.
- If you enable alerts, Terra Costa Rica will send you new properties that match the search criteria.
- Registered users can rename a search, add private notes, and manage their notification preferences.
- You can also make a search public to show the type of property you need in Wanted Properties.
- When making it public, you can define a title, add visible notes, indicate whether you are searching as a private user or real estate agent, and choose a duration of 30, 60, or 90 days.
- Public searches keep alerts enabled. If an approved property matches your criteria, it will be sent to you through the notification system.
- Making a search public does not reveal your private notes, email address, phone number, or other personal information.
- Visitors save searches only in this browser. To keep them across devices, enable alerts, or publish them in Wanted Properties, you must sign in.
